The Stuff, they are too good and helpful. both front desk staff is great and always keep smile on their face. location is good, within reach of everything. you will not feel alone in the city if you are staying at this location.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the Receptionist Mr. Monir. He was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and advice and hardwork. He is the only one staff there.Thank you

The lads on reception, Monir & Shamol, were exceptionally helpful. Most comfortable bed I slept in during 4 weeks in Bangladesh. Linen was so clean & comfortable. The traditional breakfast was very good, the large plate of fresh apple & orange segments a healthy addition. In a very quiet area guaranteeing a good night's sleep.

My recent stay at the apartment hotel in Chittagong was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the moment I reluctantly checked out, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Chittagong, it offered easy access to all the city's attractions and conveniences. The bustling markets, restaurants, and cultural sites were all within a stone's throw, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was a delightful surprise. It was not just a room but a spacious, well-appointed home away from home. The living area was comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed for both quick snacks and full meals. The bedroom was cozy, and the bed provided a great night's sleep after a day of exploring.

This was the second Jatra Flagship we have stayed at and we have already booked another. We have found the Jatra Flagship's to be of a consistently high standard offering very good value for money. The Jatra Flagship Chattogram is extremely well positioned in a very nice part of the city and is surrounded by quality real estate. Situated well back from the main roads, it was quiet and peaceful. Our room was of good proportions with a large balcony and had a pleasant outlook. The bed and linen was of a high standard and the room and bathroom were kept very clean throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was simple but adequate and tasty. We were well looked after by Monir and Shamol who helped us organize transport, and they both offered a high level of professional service throughout our 4 night stay. There is a good selection of eateries and cafés nearby, from high end to simple. There is also an excellent supermarket within a 10 minute walk that stocks both local and international produce. Our only suggestion would be to have a hot water kettle available for guests to make hot drinks in the communal dining area. Highly recommended.
